I cannot believe I'll be in Venice, Italy during the Kentucky Derby! Not that I'm complaining that I'll be in Italy, but I'm assuming they won't be broadcasting it there. However, despite the fact that I'm missing one my favorite events of the year. I must share Vineyard Vines AMAZING Derby Collection. Could they make me love them any more? Shep & Ian have captured my heart again! I LOVE THEM!

I am getting to that age where I need clothes to wear to work. This semester I've been working in the administration offices at the UF Athletic Association and it has made me realize that I need to constantly be on the look out for business-attire.
The Allura shift dress in Super 120s is perfect for work (although it is flannel so it is out of season at the moment), but as a Florida girl I must not forget that I occasionally need winter clothing so that I am not caught-off-guard when cold weather comes my way.

In a little over a week I will be on my way to Florence, Italy!
I am so excited, however...
The weather is not going to be as warm and sunny as it is here in Florida. Don't get me wrong...it's not like I'm going to the arctic, but I am a Florida girl and... I am disappointed that I cannot wear shorts and Lilly dresses everyday that I am there. But, it will be fun despite the slightly colder climate.
