They're Back!

You asked for it... and JT made it happen.  

*NSYNC reunited for about two minutes at last night's MTV VMA's and it was epic!  Although the reunion was short and sweet, I loved every minute of it (and I'm crossing my fingers it's not a one-time only event!).

Justin Timberlake shared a fun group shot on his Facebook page.

I think my *NSYNC fandar kicked in a few weeks ago in anticipation of last nights reunion... remember this post? and this one?  Ultimate fan over here!

Oh and did you see how *NSYNC conveniently joined Twitter one day before the show... is this a sign of things to come?  I think so!

Pandora Radio

1. *Nsync Radio | For the Gym | Recently I've been loving the *NSync Pandora Radio station.  From your favorite 90's hits to Stevie Wonder and Justin Timberlake's latest hits, this radio station serves up some the best pop music selection I've found on Pandora.  It's perfect to listen to while on the elliptical  or bike in the morning.  The up-beat selection of songs puts me in the perfect mood for a morning work out.

2.  Symphonic Radio | For the Office | I'm always a little more productive when I have some background music playing.  I tend to get super distracted if their are lyrics in a song, so I love the Symphonic Pandora station.  This station plays a great selection of classical music to help me stay focused and relaxed while working.  I loved this station for long study sessions in college!

3. Glee Cast Radio | For the Car | Who doesn't love the mash-ups and Broadway hits from Glee! I love jamming out to some of the great hits by the Glee Cast while driving around.  It puts me in such a great mood.

4. Broadway Showstoppers | For Broadway | If you're a Broadway fan like I am then you'll love this fun Pandora station.

5.  Lady Antebellum Radio | For Country | I love Lady Antebellum!  I love listening to their Pandora station whenever I'm in the mood to jam out to some good ole country.  Perfect station to play in the car too!

Throwback Thursday: 90's Boy Bands

You know you grew up in the 90's and early 2000's if you have an immediate answer to 'NSYNC vs. Backstreet Boys.  It was not one or the other... you had your favorite and you were going to fight to the death for it!  I was all about 'NSYNC.  They were my first concert in 4th Grade.  I had their pictures all over my room.  I watched their videos (on VHS of course).  I listened to their CD of repeat on my boom box.  It was a full on obsession and I am not ashamed to admit that I still love their music... I listened to Celebrity  during my morning workout today!

Football.

I love football, but I don't really follow the pros.  I am a college girl all the way.  So, the Super Bowl doesn't really mean much to me.  To be honest I only watch for the commercials and the half time show (unless Tampa Bay or New Orleans are playing and even then I only kinda care).  But, the BCS Championship game...now that's a game I'll watch, even if my Gators aren't in it.

Last night, I was not in the mood to really watch the game.  Normally, I will at least watch it while playing with my phone or reading a magazine, but last night I didn't even do that much...I did homework and forgot when the game even started.  But, I did watch some...mainly for the commercials and half time show.  

As an Ad major I had to know what a few of the commercials were otherwise I would be failing as a student.  Here are a few that I thought were attention grabbing.

I love the play off the classic movie, Ferris Buller's Day Off.  Great concept!

Doritos always puts out great ads.  I love this one!

This one clearly wins because David Beckham is in it...and I think it grabbed the attention of any ladies watching the game last night.

This one is just cute! I love anything with dogs in it.

Half time with Madonna was okay, but I prefer the half time of 2001.  It is my all time favorite Super Bowl half time show!

In elementary and middle school I had a bit of an unhealthy obsession with *NSYNC.  Once I even listened to their music for almost four hours straight on a flight to California.  I know, crazy!  

In 4th Grade *NSYNC was my first concert.  My mom and my two best friends mom's planned the trip and surprised us the afternoon of the concert.  We had no idea!  They picked us up early from school and when we got to the car their was a huge *NSYNC poster and a sign that read NSYNC here we come!  It was so fun.

My favorite boy band obsession is sadly no longer preforming together (maybe one day).  But, lucky for all of us crazy fans, Justin Timberlake and the rest of the guys are still around.  Today is Justin's birthday so that is where this trip down memory lane is coming from.
