Recently I have been trying to break out my shell. I am normally a very conservative dresser. I don't jump on every trend that pops up. I don't experiment with a lot of patterns. I don't wear a lot of big jewelry. However, I am a recent college graduate and I feel now's as good a time as any to start breaking out. I have started by adding more jewelry to my normal everyday look. I wear a lot of solid colors, so adding a fun necklace or a stack of bracelets makes my outfit pop.
Welcome back to Friday's Fancies on Southern Royalty. This week's link-up is all about a timeless color combo, black and white. Personally, I don't think you can ever go wrong with black and white. Black and white is the perfect combination no matter the occasion or time of year. Plus, you can always add a fun pop of color to make your outfit even more fun!
Recently, I was contacted by My Memories to host a giveaway and review their software. I love scrapbooking and making digital photobooks, so this software is right up my alley.
The software downloads straight to your computer. This means you can start putting together your photo books right away! The software comes with free embellishments and backgrounds. But, if you decide you want even more options there are tons to choose from on their website. The software is pretty simple once you get the hang of it, but I also found a bunch of helpful YouTube videos.
I started to put together a book of some of my graduation pictures.
It is so simple to drag your images into the layout and add cute backgrounds.

I have always enjoyed scrapbooking. It's such a fun pastime, plus it's nice to have all your photos neatly organized in a fun book you can look back on for years to come. For many years I have made photo albums the old fashioned way, but recently I've decided to go the digital route. It is so much less time consuming and your photo albums still look amazing!
When My Memories contacted me to do a giveaway, I was beyond thrilled. I love how this product combines the look of an old fashioned scrapbook with the ease of a digital album.
What all does My Memories software do you ask? Well, in addition to being an awesome digital scarpbooking software, My Memories also has wedding software for invitations, thank you notes, etc. and a photo-book studio.
I love how sleek and professional the My Memories photo-books look!
Since I just graduated college I have been on the hunt for the perfect "working girl" tote. A bag I can use to carry my laptop or iPad plus all the miscellaneous items I used to carry in my backpack. Whether it's lunch or just a trip to Starbucks, I need a bag that looks sophisticated and professional while also being cute and preppy. And once I get a "real job" and become a working girl I want to be prepared for my first day!
Hey y'all! Today I am back linking up with av from long distance loving for another week of Friday's Fancies. This week is all about a new year, new you. Now that I am officially a college graduate and will be entering the "real world" soon, I want to slowly start to update my wardrobe to be a little bit more sophisticated.
